Please read these Terms carefully before using Kisan Kiraya.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Kisan Kiraya app, you agree to be
bound by these Terms and our
Privacy Policy. If you do
not agree, do not use the app.
1a. About Kisan Kiraya — what you can do
Kisan Kiraya is a marketplace app for farmers in Haryana.
Once registered, you may:
- Rent or sell agricultural equipment (tractors,
harvesters, ploughs, sprayers etc.) by posting listings with photos,
price and description.
- Add a custom service / business name (e.g. "शर्मा
Tractor Wale") and an optional owner photo to brand
your listings.
- Post a labour profile describing your skills, daily
wage and experience to find work as an agricultural labourer.
- Define a service area by selecting one or more
districts and / or specific villages where you work.
- Browse other providers' profiles — tap any owner
avatar / name to see their full multi-service public profile (all
listings + labour profiles in one place).
- Filter, search and review equipment and labour by
category, location, price and ratings.
- Mark your listing as Busy / Free with optional date
and time windows so others know when you're available.
- Optionally upgrade to Premium for ₹299 (lifetime,
one-time) to make your mobile number visible to everyone.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming
a legally binding contract under Indian law to use this app.
3. Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you post.
- One account per person. Multiple fake accounts may be banned.
- Keep your mobile number secure. You're responsible for activity on
your account.
4. User content rules
Do not post:
- Illegal goods, stolen equipment, or items you don't own / aren't
authorised to rent or sell.
- Hate speech, harassment, sexual content, or violent threats.
- Misleading prices or false equipment specifications.
- Spam, repeated identical posts, or unrelated content.
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate
accounts that violate these rules.
5. Marketplace disclaimer
Kisan Kiraya is a discovery platform only. We do not
verify the identity, ownership, condition, or quality of equipment listed.
All transactions, agreements, and disputes are solely between
buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any rental or sale
contract.
6. Premium upgrade (₹299 one-time)
- The optional Premium upgrade is a one-time, lifetime, non-refundable
fee that unmasks your mobile number for all other app users.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you agree to
Razorpay's terms.
- If the Premium feature is later disabled by the platform (for
example during launch promotions), no refund is owed because the
benefit (visible mobile) continues unchanged.
7. Intellectual property
The app's name, logo, design, and code are owned by Kisan Kiraya. You
retain ownership of content you post but grant us a non-exclusive,
royalty-free licence to display it within the app.
8. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the
maximum extent permitted by law, Kisan Kiraya is not liable for any
indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of
the app or any transaction conducted via the app.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from My Profile or via
api.kisankiraya.net/delete-account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hisar, Haryana.
